����������� A block of rooms has been reserved
at a special conference rate for those coming from out of town. Individuals are
to make their own reservations directly with the hotel�s reservations
department at (613) 237-3600 Extension 6200 or through Crowne Plaza Hotels and
Resorts central reservations office at 1-800-2CROWNE (276963) prior to 13 September 2021. In making
reservations, individuals are asked to specifically ask for the CASIS Group
Rate.
����������� Reservation requests will be
confirmed only if accompanied by one night�s room deposit, or if guaranteed by
one of an American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, VISA, JCB or Discover
credit card. This deposit will be refundable up until 48 hours prior to arrival
date. Reservations will not be held after 4:00 pm unless guaranteed by one of
the above methods.
����������� The group rate is subject to all
applicable taxes. The Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on accommodation is currently
5% and the Goods and Services Tax (GST) is 7%. The rate does not include
housing processing fees, commissions or rebates.
����������� Prior to 13 September 2021 and if the allocated group rooms are not sold
out, individuals are entitled to the group rate based on guest room type availability.
Reservation request received after 13
September 2004 will be accepted by the hotel only on a space available
basis, at the hotel�s published rate.
����������� Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:00 am. The hotel has agreed to make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges upon checkout. A credit card imprint or other assurance of payment will be required at the time of check-in.
